There are several question formats available to help you create a consultation, questionnaire or survey that gathers the information you need to make an informed decision.
To add questions, you must first create and configure your consultation. Here are two demo platforms to help you understand which questions are available:

| Multiple choices |
Multiple-choice questions are the ones that offer the widest range of programming options. This type of question will therefore meet most of your needs. |

| Dot voting |
Proposes the allocation of points or dollars to different projects. The number of points or dollars allocated can be fixed or variable. Ideal format for participatory budgets. |
| Proposal |
This proposal is useful for gathering feedback from your community on statements such as, for example, the actions proposed in an action plan, statements collected following face-to-face consultations, etc. |
