Moderation policy

 

At Cocoriko, we are committed to creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions. We therefore moderate content for our clients as a neutral third party.

Automated moderation

In any case, initially and for increased security, an AI-powered automated system moderates comments posted on the listings. Comments are analyzed according to a toxicity level and a list of inappropriate words. When a comment exceeds the permitted tolerance level, it is not published and the person sees a warning on the screen.

Removed comments are reviewed by our team, which is responsible for reviewing the automated system's decisions. We may uphold the removal or publish the comment, at our discretion. In case of doubt, the customer will be contacted.

You can post your comment again using more appropriate language so that it will be published immediately.

Reporting

All participants on the platform can report inappropriate proposals or comments by email to support@cocoriko.org. Our moderators will review the reports and remove any content deemed inappropriate. In case of doubt, the customer will be contacted.

Moderation of the idea wall

Proposals posted on an idea wall by a participant are moderated by the client responsible for their platform. The Cocoriko team is not involved in moderating citizen proposals.

However, comments on the idea wall proposals are moderated in the same way as any other comment and according to the same process.

List of removed comments

Any customer may request a list of comments removed once their consultation is complete. Requests should be sent to support@cocoriko.org. 

 

Moderation is carried out by Cocoriko and is not subject to debate. You may submit a new comment. The platform is moderated at all times.
