Add an open-ended question

The open-ended question provides space to write a free-form text, and the response is confidential in public mode and for administrators.

Click on "Consultations"

Click on your consultation

Click on "SECTIONS"

Click on the section you want to add a question

Click on "FORMS"

Click on the PLUS sign to add a new question

Click on "Open-ended question"

Enter your question

Click on "SAVE"

Click on "PREVIEW"

Preview your question and make changes if needed
