Service status and maintenance notices

Cocoriko publishes the status of its platform on a public page: https://cocoriko1.statuspage.io

• Planned maintenance: when we plan a change that could affect the availability or use of the platform, we post a notice there at least 48 hours in advance.
• Service disruptions: if the platform is disrupted, we post updates there until service is fully restored.
