Remove the comment box

The comment field is present by default but can be removed for certain questions, such as demographic questions, and can be removed for all questions to create a survey-style experience.

Click on "Consultations"

Click on a consultation

Click on a section

Click on a form (question)

Click on "GENERAL INFORMATION"

At the bottom of the page, disable the button.

Click on "SAVE"
