Settings management

Navigate to admin.v3.cocoriko.org/settings and login as an administrator. Editors don't have access to settings.

Click on "Settings"

Click on "GENERAL INFORMATION"

You cannot add a custom domain name yourself. Please contact our team to arrange this.

Click on "Title" to update the title on your home page.

Click on "Description" to update the introduction text on your home page.

Click on "Organization Name"to edit it if necessary should the name entered be incorrect. This is important because the organisation's name appears by default on some statements when participating.

Click on "Footer Description" to edit the text in the footer. If left blank, the text will be the same as the welcome message above.

In the "Contact Information" section, enter the information you would like to appear in the footer of your platform. All fields are optional.

Click on "IMAGES"

Click on the camera icon to add a new banner. The banner is required for your platform to function properly. Do not leave this space blank.

Select a photo from your device

Reframe the picture as needed

Click on "SAVE"

Update the logo if needed

You can change the background colour to ensure it complements your logo.

Social media platforms such as Facebook will automatically crop your banner, and the result may not look its best. By adding an image to this space, the various social media platforms will use it when someone shares your content.

The horizontal logo is used in the footer. If the space is empty, the round logo will appear in the footer.

Click on "SAVE"

Click on "ADMINISTRATORS"

Click the PLUS sign to add a new administrator

Enter the email and click on "SAVE"

Click on "OPTIONS"

Click on "Featured Project" to display a featured project on your home page.

The featured project is displayed at the top of the page, above other enquiries or projects.

Click on "Social Networks" to add your various social media accounts. All fields are optional. Your social media accounts will be displayed in a number of places, including on the consultations on the home page.
