The Excel report contains three types of tabs.
1. Table of content
Quickly view the results for a question using the table of contents

2. All results by respondent
Each respondent is identified by an identification number. Each row contains all the responses from a single respondent. The age group and the first few digits of the postcode are included if you have retained the demographic data.

3. Answers to each of the questions
The presentation varies slightly depending on the type of question. The total vote is broken down by age group and gender if you have included demographic data. Responses selected under ‘Other’ are included. Comments are included.

Click on "Consultations"

Click on "ANALYZE"

Click on "RESULTS"

Click on "EXCEL EXPORT"
