Additional information is useful for conveying useful information as participants complete your survey. You can add additional information at three levels:
- Under the welcome message, in the left-hand column: general information relevant to the overview of the survey
- In a section: information relevant to most of the questions in the thematic section
- On a question: specific information relevant to a single question
Additional information can be:

Text that will be displayed in a pop-up window

One or more images: if you select multiple images, they will be displayed in a carousel

A video that will play in a pop-up window. The video must first be hosted on YouTube

One or more files: the files will be downloaded and if you choose several files at the same time, they will appear in a list

A link to any website
Additional information is not very visible by default. It is important to go to the section to set the default opening of additional information.
Below are instructions for adding additional information and setting the default opening.
Additional information on the welcome message
Click on your consultation
Click on "ATTACHMENTS"
Click on the PLUS sign to add an additional information
Click on the type of information you want to add and follow the instructions on the screen
Click on "GENERAL INFORMATION"
Enable the "Attachments opened" button
Click on "SAVE"
Additional information on a section
Click on "SECTIONS" to add additional information on a section
Click on the section where you want to add additional information
Click on "ATTACHMENTS"
Click on the PLUS sign and follow the steps to add your information
Click on "GENERAL INFORMATION"
Enable the "Attachments opened" button
Click on "SAVE"

Click on "FORMS" to add additional information on a question
