In this capsule, we will remind you of the steps to not forget about at the very end of your consultation.

Welcome in the last capsule!

Your consultation is probably pretty advanced now and maybe already online. There is one last aspect we have to consider: closing the knot of the conversation.

Sharing the Results

Sharing the results of your consultation is an important step for many reasons: 

  • Your community will know that you really listen to them.
  • Congratulating the participants helps to counter the tiring effect of consultations.
  • It’s a good measuring tool for your organization.

However, it is often a step that is forgotten about. It’s easier to go to the planification of the next consultation than to evaluate the one that’s ending. We're here to make it easier for you!

 

Some tips: 

  • Use the dashboard to offer some participation statistics. This doesn’t make you commit to anything and shows that you’re finishing your analysis. The statistics are easily accessible on your dashboard and your Excel reports 
  • Publish your report in an information bubble on your consultation. You can also publish it on your website and direct the people who are visiting your Cocoriko platform to your website. 
  • Don’t forget to put your efforts on your social media and your website, etc. Thank the participants!

Account

You certainly have to make a consultation report to show the results to your decision makers or to help the next step of your project. You can : 

  • Make your own report from the Excel report that’s available on your dashboard. The report already has the essential data for your analysis. 
  • Ask the Cocoriko Team to make a consultation report for you. This report is not included in the license fees.

If your consultation report is a public document, it’s a good idea to make it available on your website and on your platform. That way, your community can go back on your platform to get updates.

NEXT STEPS

Assuring quality 

The accompagnement of our customers includes a quality assurance which means that we can, if you ask us to, evaluate your consultation and give you some advice before the official launch. Communicate with your account manager so they can give you a retroaction by email.

 

Follow up Call

The follow up call happens once your consultation is online. It’s planets to answer your questions in order to know about your experience on the Cocoriko platform. Communicate with your account manager to schedule this call.
