Click on your consultation
Click on "ANALYZE"
Click on "SUMMARY"
Click on the arrow to view the questions in a section of the questionnaire
Click on the arrow to view the results for a question in the questionnaire
View the results chart
View the results for the Other choice, if you included it
Check the comments, if they are enabled for this question
Click on "..." next to the question and then on "Export" to generate a PDF report for the question
Click on "..." next to the section and then on "Export" to generate a PDF report for that section
Click on "EXPORT" at the top of the page to generate a PDF report of the full questionnaire
