Lists available for email mailings

It is important to keep people in your community informed about your consultation activities. Sending emails from your Cocoriko platform is an effective way to communicate regularly with your community.

You can target three lists for sending your emails:

Community list -> everyone who has checked the box to agree to receive emails. This list is always available, and you can communicate with people about any topic. They have explicitly agreed to receive emails from you.

List of consultation participants -> everyone who voted (and maybe commented). This list includes all participants' email addresses, even those who didn't check the box to agree to you using their email address. Since they participated, these people have implicitly agreed to receive emails from you. To comply with applicable laws, you must only communicate about this specific consultation.

List of subscribers to a project -> everyone who chose to subscribe in a Subscription module in a project. When you create a project page, you can add the Subscription module to the project. People explicitly sign up to receive information about this project. You can write to them to give them updates.
