On this page, you will find Help Centre articles that will help you get started with Cocoriko.  

To familiarise yourself with Cocoriko, you can take part as a fictional resident of the town of Beaumont on our demo platform: [https://demo-municipal.v3.cocoriko.org/en](https://demo-municipal.v3.cocoriko.org/en). 

To get started as an administrator or editor, [log in to the administration interface](https://www.cocoriko.org/en/support/se-connecter-%C3%A0-ladministration-de-cocoriko) of your Cocoriko platform.

## Understanding Cocoriko

- Visit this platform, which lists project and consultations options to give you a comprehensive overview of the possibilities: ht[tps://demo.v3.cocoriko.org/en](https://demo.v3.cocoriko.org/en)
- To take part on Cocoriko, users [must log in using their email address](https://www.cocoriko.org/en/support/pourquoi-authentifier-les-personnes-participantes-avec-leur-courriel?hsLang=en), and there are [various ways to do so](https://www.cocoriko.org/en/support/authentication-options?hsLang=en).
- [Supplémentary  data is collected](https://www.cocoriko.org/en/support/collecte-des-donn%C3%A9es-d%C3%A9mographiques) by default, but you can ask us [to disable this step](https://www.cocoriko.org/en/support/choisir-de-retirer-la-collecte-des-donn%C3%A9es-d%C3%A9mographiques-obligatoires), which appears when a new participant logs in for the first time.

## Managing a platform

You can manage your platform if you are an administrator. As an editor, you do not have access to these features.

## Creating a consultation

A consultation is, in fact, the questionnaire or survey you wish to carry out amongst your community. If you are an editor, the administrator must first grant you access to a consultation area.

## Creating a project

The project is a page designed to provide information about a project and/or a consultation. It also enables feedback to be gathered, with visitors able to post a comment or ask a question.
