# Manage the status of the project

| Prelaunch | The project is accessible only to administrators and designated editors. This is your development environment. |
| --- | --- |
| Ongoing | The draft is available to the public and your community can have its say. You can [schedule](https://www.cocoriko.org/en/support/programmez-le-lancement-ou-la-fermeture-automatique-de-votre-consultation?hsLang=en) its publication (follow the same steps as for the consultation). |
| Completed | The project is now complete and visible to your community. You can schedule the end of the project (follow the same steps as for the consultation). |
| Archived |  The project has been completed and is no longer visible to your community. Only administrators can view it.  |

 Here's how to change the status of your project:

 

Click on "List of Projects"

Click on your project

Click on "GENERAL INFORMATION"

Click on "Status"

Click on status you want for your project
