You must use your YouTube video ID for it to display correctly. Here's how to do it.
Click on your consultation
Click on "GENERAL INFORMATION"
Click the "Add a video" button
Go on YouTube and click on the "Share" on your YouTube video
Select the video ID, which is the letters between the slash bar and the question mark. Copy the code to your clipboard.
Go back to your consultation and paste the code into the "Video" field
Click on "SAVE"
Click on "PREVIEW"
View your video on your consultation
