We encourage you to test your consultations! These are also known as surveys, polls, questionnaires, etc. By responding to your survey or inviting colleagues to do so, you’ll be able to identify any shortcomings and strengths before sharing it with your community.
Once you have completed the tests, here are two ways to clear your answers:
It is possible to reset a pre-launch poll before making it public. This will clear your votes and those of any other admins who have tested it. For instructions, click here.
Did you know? You can invite colleagues who are not admins to test your consultation by publishing it in private mode. For more information, click here.
This feature is particularly useful if you are carrying out further testing on a consultation that is already live. By clicking on "Delete my answers", you will delete your votes and comments for the entire consultation and within the project’s "Feedback" module.
Note: even if you are on a specific page – for example, a multiple-choice question – clicking the “Delete my answers” button will delete your votes and comments for the entire consultation.
