Where To Start?

In this capsule, you will find all the information that you need to start your consultation the best way possible!

Hello to you,

Welcome to the Cocoriko family!

We wish for you to have the best experience possible while getting your first Cocoriko consultation ready. To make it easier for you, we created 6 informative capsules that will help you through every step of the development. This is the first capsule. We invite you to follow them in the right order.

Delivering your platform

At this step, you should have access to your platform as an administrator. There is two reasons why you might not have access :

  • The platform is available but you’re not administrator
  • Your platform wasn’t delivered yet. Make sure that someone within your organization is responsible for completing the personalization form.

Review your welcome page

This page will most likely be viewed multiple times by the members of your community. After taking a step back, revise your images and re-read your texts. Ask yourself if your friends and family would be interested in the subject.

Here are some tips:

  • Your banner
      • Is it too large? A banner that is too large makes it longer for the users to reach the actual consultation. This can affect the percentage of participation negatively. We recommend a banner of 2000 x 300-600 pixels.
      • Are there vibrant colors ? Colors are very attractive!
      • Is it representative of your community? It is proven that we are more touched by images that represent people than spaces.
  • Context : The visitors have to be curious about your text so that they want to keep exploring it!
      • It’s a good idea to welcome them.
      • You can let them know how important their participation is.
      • Let them know that their participation will be easy, interesting and interactive - Because it will be with Cocoriko!
  • About : This text will be found in the section of the website with the same name. It will be available in your website’s navigation bar.
      • Explain why the website exists
      • Communicate your values to the public
      • Indicate the importance of contribution and how you take them into consideration, generally.

You can always modify this information, except the About section. Communicate with your account manager to make the modifications. In doubt, send an email to info@cocoriko.org

See you in the next capsule,
