  2. Getting to know Cocoriko

The difference between a pre-launch, open, completed and archived consultation.

Each type of consultation has an updated role on the Cocoriko platform. Get skilled to better manage your consultation projects.

Pre-launch consultation

The step that allows you to create a new consultation without it being visible on your platform. You have access to all the features. In pre-launch, you can also perform tests since you can delete proposals and reset votes and comments.

Consultation in progress

Your consultation is displayed on your homepage and available for your community to participate. It is advisable to make as few changes as possible to a consultation in progress in order to provide an identical experience for all participants.

Completed consultation

The completed consultation is displayed at the bottom of your home page. Visitors can see these consultations and participation statistics, but they can no longer participate. This section is important for keeping track of participation and presenting the results of your consultations. For greater transparency, keep your completed consultations in this section.

Archived consultations

Archived consultations are not visible to the public. You can put consultations that have taken place here and whose results have not been seen by your community. Often, this section also hosts consultations that are pre-launched and not presented to the public. Archiving a consultation means deleting it from your platform. It is not possible to completely delete a consultation.
