In this capsule we will see what a question is on the Cocoriko platform and how to use them the best way.
Your consultation is getting better! Did you know that you can add questions to your propositions?
Directly integrated in the interactive interface of Cocoriko, the questions make it possible for you to collect so much important information for your consultation. Ideally, the propositions make the consultation and the questions complete it.
The questions
For all types of questions, the administrator decides if the participants are invited to redact comments or not. The administrator also has the control on the management of these comments, they can :
- Make the comments visible to the other participants to show transparency in your consultation;
- Receive the comments in private if the subjects is sensitive in the community
Ask multiple choices questions, open questions and geolocalized questions. Use your questions to collect socio demographic data, precisions on the citizens lifestyles, information on the level of satisfaction and even more!
Tips of redaction
- All questions are optional
- Redact your questions in advance to copy paste it on your platform after.
- Ideally, mix up questions and propositions on a same page for a complete experience and diverse data. For exemple :
- Your questions should be short and direct. The complementary information can be added at the top of the page, in the information bubbles.
